Why I Started Guardian Readiness Group
A firefighter and Navy veteran helping businesses and families move from hope to real preparedness.
From the fireground to your workplace and home
I’ve spent my career responding to emergencies that most people only experience once in a lifetime—if ever. As a firefighter and U.S. Navy Veteran, I’ve seen how preparation, clear communication, and simple plans can completely change how an incident unfolds.
I started Guardian Readiness Group to close the gap between written policies and what actually works under stress. Too many plans live in binders on shelves. My goal is to help leaders and families feel genuinely ready: calm, clear, and confident about what to do when seconds matter.
Whether we’re working with a business, a school, a church, or a single household, the approach is the same—no scare tactics, no jargon. Just practical, real-world guidance shaped by experience on the front lines.
